Passing the Torch

Not much of a preview here, but thought I'd try to get the ball rolling. Cutler making his home-opener debut. Let's hope it's the start of many years of glory. Today's game is supposed to be easy, but so was the last regular season home game we had (still recovering from that one).

I'll be in attendance for today's showdown with the Raiders. This is one of 5 home games I currently have tickets for this year. Currently, I'm not holding tickets for the Steelers game. Would like to attend with gsquints, so if anyone knows how come about these tickets, let me know.

No crap deathtruck, if I had to hear one more time how tough and a true competitor McNown is I was going to throw-up. They are still the Raiders, they still make dumb mistakes and they still love to celebrate prematurely! It's all about the W's. Last few years we have looked great for the first half of the season only to collapse near the end. I want to see us get better week to week. Offense was much better in the first half and the 2nd half the Raiders got a couple breaks. Kudos on the onside kick but the offensive PI call was questionable. Let them play. Pass Interference is the most overblown call in the NFL these days! My biggest concern on defense is stopping the run on 3rd and 5+. Awful again yesterday but overall a good defensive performance.

The turn of events with the made FG timout, then missed FG was pretty surreal at Invesco. Glad I was spared Gannon.......
