What an unreal finish... couldn't script it any better than this. The division is ours for the taking when the D-backs come to town... but let's brrom up the Dodgers first.
With the Cubs faltering, the Brewers are still alive and should give the Padres everything they can handle.
Pitching matchups are looking pretty good too. Webb pitches today for the Dbacks, so we get the bottom of their rotation for the weekend. Peavy also went yesterday, so the Brewers will see the lighter part of their rotation. First things first, need to sweep the dodgers with their JV lineup.
the snakes kicked pittsburgh's ass today unfortunately. heard some rumour that Johan Santana is being traded to the Doggers for Matt Kemp and some prospects...don't like him in the NL West....

Just saw that the Snakes kept Webb out of the game today, and he will pitch vs the Rockies tomorrow.
They cited concerns about the game today being delayed/rained out... but I'm guessing there is something else going on as well.
That's fine, we kind of own Webb this year.
