Sorry to start a new post, but I wanted to post this sweet pic. 2-2 after 1. Both pitchers combine to throw 59 pitches through the first inning. I'm thinking either we should've made a move for a starter yesterday, or Fogg usually starts games poorly.
Anyway, here's hoping Fogg settles down and BK continues to get Broiled.

This ain't looking good. It's not like BK didn't give us chances. Stranding way too many runners.
The middle of lineup is not coming through.
BK recorded 16 outs, 10 via the strikeout. Classic Rox.
Need some 9th inning magic.
i don't know if magic is a strong enough word...more like sorcery.
They should've fucking tied. That called 3 strike on Hawpe was complete fucking bullshit. That ump needs to be taking out back and given a thorough beating. He was calling 3rd strikes all night, but that was the game on the line and it wasn't even close. Thanks dude.
I guess the bottom line is we didn't capitalize on opportunities and don't deserve to win the game. Still, that Hawpe strike out was huge. I can't believe he didn't at least get a run home facing a righty.
Go Giants! (and Padres?!?!?)
It's a dark day if BK beats us. I watched the first inning, and it looked like it was going to be a shootout. Wha happened?
Fucking Plastic Man!
No middle of the lineup hitting. Our two lefties Helton and Hawpe had really bad nights. I think Hawpe struck out 4 times last night, including the aforementioned 9th inning one. Evening the morning newswomen made a comment about how not a strike that last one was.
Maybe the ump didn't want to piss off all 3,000 fans in attendance.
Sad to hear the game went down like that. MLB gamecast seemed to show that strike in 'K zone'.
F#$% Acuscore and it's Notradamus self!! I like spelling.
3,000 in the seats is a generous estimate.
That K Zone must be in the pockets of Wayne Huizenga.
