Stop Proving Me Right, Mr. Budaj

Two late-game choke jobs by the Avs. I'm not saying this is all Pete-B's fault, but that was a pretty weak winning goal tonight. Otherwise, he and the rest of the team had a pretty good night and looked like the better team. Still, zero points in two game thus far and a tough road game coming up against the Flames Tuesday night.

That said, I did enjoy watching my first hockey game of the season tonight, as I was quickly reminded that there are many likable players on this team. Just play a complete 60 minutes on Tuesday, fellas.

I can't believe we have no points to show for those two games. I also have not seen any new GMC commercials.

but I have seen some "Saved by Zero" commercials....

Foote is the GMC spokesperson this year. I had the sound turned down so I didn't hear how original the scripts were.
I think the delivery line is something like "See how the pros do it."

That's Foote's line? Then I think it's time for a line change!

Ha! I'll be here all week...I recommend the veal.

Yeah, I half-noticed Foote's weak attempt to represent on behalf of past coach's GMC acting. As if GMC needs more reasons to see sales slump.

Ok, 3 1-goal losses is pretty tough to start the season. That 3rd goal Budaj let in was weak. The D isn't playing very well either.

just noticed that Budaj sucks so bad that he let in 2 goals in that photo you posted...
didn't know it was possible. but it is apparently.
