Well, I didn't expect that....
I can only imagine Chiefs Zubaz guy didn't either.
A pretty straight up shellac-ing handed to KC today. A dormant Broncos offense awakens and (gasp) runs the ball with success and Orton and Tebow both in the TD pass mix. Not likely enough to jump-start or salvage the season if you ask me...but whatever, a rare "fun" day of football viewing.
I can only imagine the revelry enjoyed by Dahmer and TD at Mile High this afternoon. I guess I chose the wrong time to pass on the chance to attend a game. Can you blame someone for being gunshy to throwdown the ducats in the wake of the Raiders debacle?
Fast starts to games are key. Let it be known. Let's work toward that in the weeks to come and see if we can win a few more games this year.

Chiefs doing some major stat-padding here at the end...
A very fun day down on Federal Blvd indeed. Even mixed in a visit to Los Agaves for a pregame pitcher and lunch. Didn't even encounter any Raiders fans. Hard to believe that was the same team that got waxed by the Raiders the previous home game. It's going to be tough to follow that up on MNF in the Wale's Vigina. Let's just enjoy this for the time being.
What was up with Haley scolding McD at the end of the game. Didn't see much piling on late in the game. And like you say ST, it wasn't like the Chiefs were trying to just run the clock out.
Dunno on that Haley finger wag. Really seemed to make no sense based on exactly what you said. The Chiefs still were trying to score with under a minute left and the Broncos gave up trying several possessions before their final time with the ball. They showed it on Football Night in America but didn't offer much explanation as to what the hell he was freaking on.
I can offer this one hypothesis. Haley is a cock.
Maybe I am reading between the lines, but I think that's pretty much what Dungy said, in a more christian kind of way.
War Elway Pre-Game Speeches. 9-7, AFC West Champs, until next week when I claim 5-12. Hell, it's the NFL, see Cowboys/Giants or Browns/Pats.
