The first series is during the week and in late may, so tickies shouldn't be an issue. Also, I imagine by then I'll have a local Swankys already picked out.
No Forsberg now... tickets at the Can should be even easier to get during the Avs' stretch run. Really hope they can at least regain some respectability.
NHL network is all over the Avs woes this evening, between the Forsberg "retirement" and the fact that Liles and Stewart have been healthy scratches, and the fact that they are league worst in GAA 3.32...oh, and that they've lost 7 in a row. "An Avalanche of Trouble" indeed.
I don't know. Seems Forsberg wanted to be circa '99 Foppa and he just couldn't bust everyone's ass physically while still playing his aesthetically pleasing game. Coach Sacco did say he was the best player on the ice in that Columbus game.
The goaltending has been the issue since Day One (were we fooled by 09-10 Ando?)and the recent scoring woes have surely worsened matters.
When do Das Boot pitchers and infielders report for "spring training" at the Frog Park?
I still say we need a little Mauldin in here. Also, I wonder if Mueller is going to be back at all this season? Maybe someone could help Budaj out by introducing him to a little sin. Maybe some humpfest would do a Budaj good. Everyone needs a little humpfest in their lives.

I like my 7 in a row to come after DLR victories. That's just me though.
worst losing streak for the Avs since they moved to Denver...weak.
I think this blog's post-colon expression should be temporarily changed to what KBF has dubbed it, a Denver Broncos fanbloghumpfest.
Just a thought.....
DT, have you already bought a truckload of tix for Rox games at Chavez?

Forsberg is a quitter. what the hell was that weird 2 game foray?

OH! I just noticed the title change.
I kinda like it.....
Or maybe it should become a rotating thing. Maybe next week it can become the KTH:Colorado Avalanche fanblogshitsandwich.
Mile High View to return soon with a new material.
Unwar all four of my B players missing the cut at Pebble.
I'm ready for some Das Boot "practice" for sure.
Avs already soiling the ice midway through the 1st period. Goaltending is downright atrocious. You got to blame the defence too, but honestly...
Yeah, YB....you took a little tumble there at Pebble.

I vote for some Mauldin. His send-down has not been a benefit.
I honestly believe Mueller is a vegetable in a home somewhere at this point. Can't play hockey ever again.
