I Like the Idea of No-Touch Icing
Well, rather than bitch about how the nhl should initiate no-touch icing (just ask Patrick Marleau after last night's game), this game probably boils down to a bad night for the power play and getting outworked in OT. Still, it stings to lose on a blatant icing that takes a strange bounce and sets up a game winner. Feel bad to waste such a good game by Theo. This series is being decided by bounces and tipped pucks and is as tight as a pair of 80's designer jeans. The Avs simply need to work harder tomorrow and get a crucial victory. Is every game going to end in OT? I suggest ST and DT bring a back up flask for tomorrow night's game. I sure wish I had one tonight when the beer sales ended....

Another loss that was tough to swallow. They were kicking our ass in OT, and it just seemed inevitable that the luck would "bounce" their way. Sauer and Finger looked a bit lost at the end of the game, I must say.
They looked a little tired too...need to snap out of it in a hurry.
That short handed goal was pretty stupid also. A win is pretty necessary tonight.
Luckily I have a 1-0 record at the Can this season... flask?
Flask? 2 liter of diet Orange King Soopers soda?
No touch.
SHOW ME YOUR LIGHTNING BOLT!!!
I guess that 3-goal first is the team's "lighting bolt."
